Juniper Content Corporation’s Facility Signs Multi-year Agreement with the LoneStar Channel For Master Control and Satellite Uplink Services

Texas Channel Taps Firestone’s Broadcast Capabilities for Service Launch

New York—May 23, 2007—Juniper Content Corporation (OTCBB: JNPC; "Juniper"), a media and entertainment company which owns and operates Firestone Communications, announced today that it has signed an agreement with the LoneStar Channel to provide master control and uplink broadcast services for their upcoming network launch in Texas. Beginning July 9th, LoneStar Channel will provide regional sports and entertainment programming 24 hours, seven days a week on Cable One, Charter Cable and Time Warner Cable utilizing Firestone Communications’ broadcast facilities.

“This agreement underscores the value of our facility’s broadcast capabilities including our Master Control, Traffic Management and Uplink Services on Intelsat G-23,” stated Leonard Firestone Firestone’s COO. “Our partnership with Lonestar will provide over $1.25 million in revenue for the company over a three-year period.”

LoneStar Channel is a regional sports and entertainment network that provides Texas-focused programs such as minor league baseball, basketball, boxing, wrestling, hunting and several other outdoor lifestyle programming.
